Guiding REACH-CSC, LLC, in Santa Rosa, California, Jeff Civian maintains a REACH Mediplane pilot/duty room hangar that he constructed at the Charles M. Shultz Airport. His background in real estate development extends to the 1980s, when he guided Oakmont Developers and Aegis Assisted Living in senior assisted care facility projects throughout the American West. Jeff Civian was project manager for Oakmont Senior Living, where he managed entitlements and design, including map approvals and plot plans, for 450 individual homes and a pair of golf courses.
Mr. Civian also served on the Town of Windsor Planning Commission, where he obtained approvals for the Bell Village shopping center, which has Oliver’s grocery store as an anchor tenant. He guided the extended process of gaining approval for a pair of traffic-easing roundabouts as part of site improvements.
Mr. Civian’s leadership responsibilities have included a role as chair of City of Healdsburg Planning Commission and a position on the Sonoma County Planning Commission. He has served on the Architectural Review Committee of the Oakmont Village Association and umpired with the Healdsburg Little League for nearly a decade. An outdoors enthusiast, he has trained a Labrador retriever and hunted duck in the Butte Sink area.
